I never thought the permanent filler I got 9 years ago would become such a headache. I went to a plastic surgery clinic thinking about getting Restylane, but the consultant said it would be more effective if I did the nasal alae too, and recommended non-dissolving filler for the nasal bridge and dissolvable thread Misko for the nasal alae; I should have been suspicious and studied up back then,, I’m now looking into hospitals for removal, and I feel like the nose is really not something you should mess with carelessly,,, I want to remove it because of inflammation, but since it has to be scraped out, open surgery is the only option I’m worried that if I only remove it, my nose shape will become really weird, so I’ll need to put autologous cartilage in the nasal tip.. I’m just full of worries
