I was someone who couldn't use implants because of an inflammatory reaction to silicone. At the time it was CM Choi Woo-sik Hospital, and they specialized in autologous dermis. I had surgery there in 2008 using buttock autologous dermis and reused septal cartilage. My nose wasn't especially sharp, but I was fairly satisfied. However, within a year almost all of the volume disappeared. About two years ago, I went to MVP wondering whether there was a way to improve it, but they told me to either redo only the tip or just live with it since there was no way to change the bridge, so I just accepted it and have been living with it.
