It was a difficult case with a deviated nose and even a hump. I really liked the side profile, but the hump had not been shaved down enough, so I had a little more shaved today. I hope it turns out well. Since it was my first surgery and autologous costal cartilage, I had so many concerns, and I was worried because there were many reviews saying it hurts, but instead of donated rib cartilage, I think it was a good choice to do autologous costal cartilage.
