Before <Photo before revision rhinoplasty, I do not recommend implant-free rhinoplasty. It gets absorbed incredibly quickly and becomes low again. I don’t know how its lasting effect is any different from filler> After <After revision rhinoplasty. Ear cartilage was overlaid, but from the front, the columella looks like it wasn’t touched at all, and it actually became more asymmetric than before surgery. There is no dividing line between the nasal ala and the nasal tip, like a Hallabong orange nose> I had revision rhinoplasty, but from the front the columella is asymmetric too, and it doesn’t even look like I had surgery, so I’m so angry. They only overlaid ear cartilage on the nasal tip and didn’t consider the shape or design at all. If you cut open someone else’s nose with a scalpel, shouldn’t you at least do it with some care.. I feel disillusioned, wondering whether I opened up my nose again and endured this pain just to end up with this nose. When I had my first surgery, my satisfaction was high. I liked the rhinoplasty design too, but it absorbed so quickly that in less than a year my nose collapsed. I really do not recommend implant-free rhinoplasty where cartilage is crushed and grafted. Anyway, when I tried to get revision surgery, I heard the doctor who did my first surgery had moved to another hospital, so I had it done by the head director.. I trusted them thinking they would naturally take care of it well, but I didn’t know they would operate like this. I heard that if the surgery was done by crushing cartilage, it’s harder to touch it again even at another place.. I wasn’t asking for anything excessive.. It’s upsetting that my nose, which I went through hardship for twice, turned out like this
