(Since I was doing it anyway, I also wanted to do my nose, so I asked a bit about functional rhinoplasty too.) If you’re curious about any more information, please ask.
1. ㄷㅁ *Incision + ptosis correction // nasal tip only It’s a one-doctor clinic and it was mentioned so much on apps that I went! The eye revision price was okay, the director was very confident, and everyone was kind. It was my first consultation stop, and I liked it right away, so I wanted to book, but the nose was more expensive than I expected, and they said functional rhinoplasty was not covered by insurance, so I said I’d think about it and left But later, I saw posts in a cafe and there were so many saying they don’t recommend ㄷㅁ.
2. ㄷㅍㅇㅅ - Director Han *Incision + ptosis correction // silicone 3 mm The wait was way too long;; The consultant was super kind. The director was so-so? He clearly told me what could not be improved. (At ㄷㅁ, they said it could be improved, so I got conflicted again haha) They said they also handle insurance well for functional rhinoplasty. Price was okay. But there are many nose reviews, while there aren’t many eye revision reviews, so I’m worried.
3. ㅇㅇㅇㅋ *Incision + ptosis correction // osteotomy, silicone 3 The aftercare period was 3 years, so it was the longest, and both the director and consultant were so-so. But the price was unbelievably low. They also do insurance. But they told me to do osteotomy, so pass.
4. ㅅㄱㄴ *Incision (no ptosis correction, removal of sagging skin, upper epicanthoplasty) There is a consultation fee (10,000 won). I only had an eye consultation. They were the only place that said I didn’t need ptosis correction. Everywhere else said I needed it, so why... I wasn’t sure, so pass.
5. ㅈㅇㅅㅌ *Incision + ptosis correction? (I had already lost interest during the consultation, so I don’t remember well...) I only had an eye consultation. It was the most expensive. (This was from a while ago, so I don’t know about now.) It didn’t really appeal to me haha.
6. ㅈㄴ - Director Cho The only one that recommended natural adhesion. Expensive for natural adhesion. (For some reason, I feel like natural adhesion would come undone on my eyes, so pass.) Kind, and there doesn’t seem to be overtreatment?
7. ㅋㅇㅇㅈ - Director Lee *Minimal incision The consultant wasn’t great, but the director was kind. But I feel like my eyes need incision, so just pass.
8. ㄹㅇ - Director ㅇㄷㄱ *Incision + ptosis correction + upper epicanthoplasty I liked them the most because they mentioned my asymmetrical eyes during the consultation. But when I asked about surgery dates, it seemed like there weren’t many bookings, so almost any date was possible (I’m not sure if that’s a good thing). They said upper epicanthoplasty is the same as medial epicanthoplasty but cutting upward, I think? When I said I was worried my eyes would look too close together, they told me to choose. But they said I’d probably need it to correct the asymmetry.
9. ㅇㅎㅅ I went because the review reputation was all really good, but I only had a consultation with the consultant, so I just passed (and it was expensive).
-> Conclusion: I’m indecisive, so I can’t choose If I do it together with my nose, ㄷㅍㅇㅅ is a strong candidate. If I do only my eyes, I want to do it at ㄹㅇ. But there aren’t many ㄹㅇ reviews, and I’m also unsure about upper epicanthoplasty + So I’m thinking of going to ㅅㅍ too.
