In early 2015, after I graduated high school, my mom took me to a hospital saying let’s get double eyelid surgery, so I had incisional double eyelid surgery + epicanthoplasty + ptosis correction. It was my first cosmetic surgery, so I went in practically chanting that I wanted it natural, and the result was good. In my early 20s, fixing just my eyes made dating easy.
But 5 years later, the ptosis correction in my right eye started to come undone. I think this couldn’t be helped because I asked for it to look natural. The day before yesterday, I got revision surgery elsewhere with incisional ptosis correction. The doctor said we should make the incision while preserving the existing double eyelid line, and I liked my existing line too, so I agreed. By today’s standards, it’s a semi-out double eyelid line. I’m still satisfied with the double eyelids and epicanthoplasty.
Since it’s been almost 10 years, I wondered if the hospital information would still remain, and there are so many hospitals with “Gangnam Mi” in their names that it was hard to find, so I almost gave up. Then I saw the reception room on the Naver Map app (so antique...★) and found it right away lololol Overall, I think it’s okay. I have no intention of touching the double eyelids or epicanthoplasty again.
