My nose was flat and small, and my rhinitis was severe, so breathing always felt stuffy. That is why I started looking into rhinoplasty together with functional surgery. At ItsB, the consultation covered the planned procedures and materials: primary rhinoplasty, septoplasty, inferior turbinate reduction, columellar lowering, nasolabial angle correction, donor rib cartilage, ear cartilage, septal cartilage, and silicone. It feels like my nose is settling more beautifully as time passes, and now I truly think I made the right decision. The tip used to be low, but it was raised beautifully, so I am very satisfied. From the side, the columella has been lowered, making my nose look longer. Breathing has also become easier, and I no longer wake up with a sore throat. Most people around me had discouraged me from rhinoplasty, but after I had it, everyone said it looked pretty, and many people asked where I had it done, lol.
