Even before surgery, my face was on the longer side, especially the midface. My nostrils spread sideways, which made my nose stand out a lot and perhaps made my face look longer because my nose was large. I also had prominent lateral cheekbones, so my impression looked somewhat rough compared with my ideal style. I had contouring and rhinoplasty together at BT, and now I have an egg-shaped face, haha. Comparing each before-and-after photo, it does not feel like an extreme transformation, but my overall image has changed a lot! I was amazed too, lol. BT has separate directors for contouring and rhinoplasty, so I had separate consultations. I first consulted about contouring and then about my nose, and I could tell that the nose consultation reflected what had been discussed during the contouring consultation. It felt systematic, and I also felt that the directors communicated well with each other. What I wanted was: contouring—refine the lateral cheekbones and create a reduction effect because I was concerned about my long midface; nose—correct the flared nostrils and create a straight-natural line. Directors Lee Ho-bin and Lee Seung-ho seem to have reflected my needs very well. The line from my cheekbones down to my chin is neat, I look younger than before, haha. My nasal tip used to slope downward, but now it is lifted and looks much more open. Perhaps because they assessed my facial proportions well, there is no sense of mismatch, and people around me even say I look younger after surgery, lol. I am extremely satisfied~!💕
