The director was laughing while talking, but I was extremely serious. I recommend every area except the shoulder blades. They said my front and back bulges were pronounced. The estimate was 160+60+60 (an additional 300,000 won if exceeding BMI 21; they told me to lose weight and come back later), so 280 plus tax is expected. I have little muscle mass, but my muscles look prominent. They agreed to inject Botox in my deltoids and trapezius as a service. For the entire arms, they will make an opening through the elbows, and for the accessory breasts, one additional opening in each armpit. No stitches. The coordinator showed me hers, saying she had undergone it herself; the scars were not very visible, but it did not look like straight arms. Perhaps because of her age, the coordinator's lines did not seem particularly beautiful either. They mentioned that because I have a lot of body fat, there may be sagging and aftercare may be needed. They advised me to proceed with surgery right away rather than lose weight first, and lose weight after surgery. They did not recommend a lift. No ultrasound was taken. It can be done while keeping the Implanon in place. They said they would help with asymmetry. There is six months of aftercare, but if the director objectively judges that something is abnormal, free aftercare is available for one year. I need to arrive two hours before surgery so they can make a custom compression garment, costing 140,000 won.
