Both the coordinator and director were fairly kind. I remember the consultation took about 20 minutes including both of them. They listened well, but seemed a little busy, so it looked difficult to design the crease in great detail. I was very worried because I had heard that removing the stitches would hurt, but I was surprised that it did not hurt, perhaps because the knots had been tied well. Overall I am satisfied, but please note that it did not feel like they designed and refined the crease extremely meticulously.
