I thought the desired contour would be complete right after liposuction, but post-op care seems much more important than expected.. I recently had liposuction too, and I am managing the swelling and paying attention to my diet and weight. 🥹 Since I spent a lot of money, I really want to maintain the pretty contours for a long time I thought surgery alone would be the end, but I am realizing there are many things to pay attention to during recovery and that consistent care is important. For everyone who has had liposuction, what kind of care are you doing after surgery? I am also curious when you started your diet and exercise! I hope everyone maintains beautiful contours and gets satisfying results haha.
