I have been dieting for nine years... I tried every diet there is, including fasting, Switch-On, exercise, and meal plans, and even after losing weight from 58 kg to 46 kg, my upper arms alone seemed unchanged, which was so stressful So I finally got help with fat-dissolving injections for my upper arms!! Now it has finally been one month, and comparing before and after, I can really feel that my arm line has changed, which is amazing lol. I used to feel self-conscious about my upper arms when getting dressed, and it was upsetting when they looked thick in photos.. But now they definitely feel slimmer than before, so I keep looking at my arms for no reason >_< There is still some swelling and a slight tight feeling, but I am satisfied because the line seems different haha. I am excited to see how much more it changes as the swelling goes down 🥹💕
