Hi, I’m planning to have a revision revision rhinoplasty at ㅁㅈ this year. For the nasal tip, they’ll use autologous rib cartilage, and for the nasal bridge, they said either silicone or autologous rib cartilage is possible. But I know almost everyone uses silicone for the nasal bridge. What’s the difference? If you put autologous rib cartilage in the nasal bridge, does the shape look weird? In terms of inflammation, it’s safer, right? I’m torn, sigh
