It’s almost one month after surgery. I used silicone for the nasal bridge and septal cartilage + ear cartilage for the nasal tip. My nose had a bulbous look that appeared spread out in photos, with a low bridge. After surgery, I think it looks natural without looking obviously done, but I should still wait for more swelling to go down, right?
