I’m on day 2 now, and it’s severely asymmetrical and feels pinched, so the clinic says it’s because of swelling and that I need to watch it for a month, but has anyone really had this level of unevenness and returned to symmetry? I’m having such a mental breakdown right now, and I came to a place known for being relatively safe, but I seriously feel like I’m going crazy.. I had implant-free alar reduction, osteotomy, lowering of the lower columella area, and they very slightly raised either the nasal tip or the middle of the nasal bridge using septal bone I thought it wouldn’t become uneven if I didn’t use an implant, but this is so hard
