The hospital was VN Plastic Surgery, and I had it done by Director Oh Seung-il. He explained specifically what surgical method would be used and what nose shape would suit me, in a way that was easy for me to understand. I also liked that he listened well to the areas I wanted.
It has now been about 6 months since the surgery. I did it without an implant, and he corrected the bulbous nose by firmly building support at the nasal tip with donated costal cartilage and reinforcing it with ear cartilage. Even without using an implant, he made the nasal bridge look well-defined.
What I wanted from the beginning was naturalness, so I'm satisfied that he matched that well.
