My nose revision turned out naturally and nicely :)

First, they listened to the parts I was self-conscious about, took a few photos, and then connected me right away with the doctor. The doctor even used Photoshop while explaining what kind of line would look good, and since this was a revision surgery, I couldn’t know my original bridge or nose shape, so they tried to reflect my opinions as much as possible. I avoided other clinics because some said it would definitely be possible, while others said it would definitely be difficult, and neither felt trustworthy...;; For my first surgery, they said they did hump osteotomy and shaving, and inserted 2 mm of silicone, but since my bridge wasn’t actually low, putting silicone in from the glabella down made my nose look too straight and gave me a sharp impression. I especially hated the side profile, so whenever I took photos I always lowered the bridge with editing. And after surgery, breathing became a little uncomfortable too, so when I mentioned it, they said it seemed like the internal valve had narrowed and that they would fix it during the surgery. They also said the tip skin had become thin, so the cartilage was slightly visible in bright light, but that covering it lightly with fascia from behind the ear would make it less noticeable and could give the tip a slightly rounder look! On the day of surgery, they checked the chart once more and, using the information from the consultation, asked again if there was anything else I wanted. They also checked in with Photoshop whether going for this kind of feel was really what I wanted. I did not want to remove autologous costal cartilage, so we decided to use silicone, donor rib cartilage, and fascia behind the ear, and they said they would add ear cartilage if necessary, but in the end they did not use any cartilage. They also did not use silicone for the glabella because my bridge from the glabella was already a bit high, so it became the natural line I wanted! It’s only been 2 weeks, so there is still a bit of swelling at the tip from the front, but aside from the tip there was really almost no swelling, and I think there was no bruising left when I removed the splint after a week! This was one of the places I only looked into through YouTube, but even though the price was a bit high, I think I made the right choice by getting it done here:) It feels like they really pay attention to you And since Dr. Lee Joo-cheol said he does only 1 to 2 cases a day for nose surgery, it felt like they were just trying to do a small number of cases perfectly. He was very calm too!
