My concern: I have a bulbous nose. Because of this, I’d wanted to get alar reduction for a long time, and now that I have some free time + money, I went around for consultations intending to get nose surgery too while I’m at it.
The Day: silicone + donated costal cartilage + bulbous nose correction They said it wasn’t a bulbous nose severe enough to need alar reduction. I said I wanted a natural-glam nose, but because my nose itself is small, there’s a limit to how much it can be raised. My septal cartilage is insufficient. They said costal cartilage is needed, and for a first surgery they often use donated costal cartilage, but I could choose. And because my skin is tight, they said the silicone also couldn’t be made very high. There was a long wait here and there, and the diagnosis the consultant and director gave after looking at my nose was a bit different, so I was like huh, but since the surgery is done by the director anyway, I decided to trust what I heard later. CCTV can be viewed. 1 year free AS for the nose. (When the nasal tip collapses or inflammation occurs) No consultation fee, and waiting + consultation took 50 minutes to 1 hour.

They said my nose is small, so it feels like I have a bulbous nose, but when looking only at the nose itself, it isn’t severe. They honestly said that skin quality does affect silicone height, but based on my image, putting in more than 4 mm would not look harmonious. While looking at the CT, they explained in great detail how nose materials are used, and since nose surgery can’t be done with septal cartilage alone, they explained donated costal cartilage and autologous costal cartilage materials and told me to think carefully. The consultant looked at what the director had explained and explained it again in easier detail. It was good because even if I didn’t understand in the middle, they went over it again. CCTV can be viewed. 1 year free AS. Here too there was no consultation fee, and it took 1 hour including waiting + consultation.
Honesty: silicone + autologous costal cartilage Were there three people including me? There weren’t many, but I still had to wait a bit, and it was interesting that the consultant showed me types of silicone and let me touch them myself. The director looked at my nose and said it wasn’t an ugly nose at all. Rather, they said the probability of success with surgery was high, and explained everything in a very gentle tone. They said silicone would be placed in the nasal bridge, and since it’s my first surgery, it would be good to use septal cartilage for the nasal tip, but my septal cartilage is insufficient, so costal cartilage is needed. When I saw the reviews, I felt this place did a lot of more glamorous surgeries, and in reality the director also designed it much higher than the previous clinics. The director explained autologous costal cartilage in detail and told me how the nose shape would change. They said CCTV can only be viewed if there is a problem. And AS also has a separate anesthesia fee.. The consultation fee was 10,000 won, and it took 40–50 minutes including waiting.
I went to all three places and have even finished the surgery. It hasn’t been long yet, so there isn’t much to say one way or another about the surgery, and I’m posting to share my consultation rounds (and get points too lol)
