The order was taking photos from multiple angles -> guidance from the consultation manager -> consultation with the director -> wrap-up with the consultation manager. The director was very chic? and only said exactly what needed to be said, asked whether I wanted to shave down the dorsal hump or not, and told me that if I didn’t shave it down, only implant-free surgery would be possible. Also, at other hospitals, even though my nose is on the longer side, they all said to lower the columella, but this was the only place that recommended lifting the nasal alae, so it was nice that I could consider another option.…
