I had it done in early October 2020, so about a year and a half has passed. I’ve been maintaining it steadily until now, and although I’m not being super strict with food and exercise, I’ve been paying attention to them to some extent, continuing to eat healthily, and exercising consistently, so I’m living with the mindset of at least maintaining it well. But I need to get rid of the visceral fat I already had so my belly won’t stick out even when I’m not tightening my stomach lol. I’m going to work on reducing visceral fat. If I have the means, I also want arm liposuction.
