I had a consultation for facial fat removal with a friend. I have a lot of fat all over my face, so they said I would see a big effect, while my friend apparently does not have much fat to remove. My friend has somewhat prominent cheekbones, and when I asked whether the cheekbones could be reduced by liposuction, they answered that there is very little fat in the cheekbone area that can actually be removed. It seems honest, and the facilities also look decent, the reviews are good, so I am thinking it over.
