My primary-surgery clinic is in Busan, and for my first surgery I had 4 mm silicone, septal extension support, and ear cartilage for the nasal tip. Would it be okay to have the silicone and ear cartilage removed and the support lowered at my primary-surgery clinic..? Or should I go to a removal-specialist clinic?
