4 years ago, I had surgery with silicone for the nasal bridge + donated costal cartilage for the nasal tip.
The donated costal cartilage has been absorbed too much,
so now it is not much different from before surgery..
My nose was originally very low, small, and upturned, so after raising it, I felt like my nostrils showed even more,
and seeing my nostrils became a new complex for me..
I want to have revision surgery with autologous costal cartilage.
Are there any hospitals you can recommend?
