I had my first surgery 13 years ago, but it failed, so I gathered my courage and got revision rhinoplasty, and while I was at it, I also had lower-eye fat repositioning This time I removed the silicone and used autologous costal cartilage only for the nasal tip They said a step-off could possibly form, so I added a bit more autologous tissue only in the area where a step-off might occur There is autologous cartilage in the nasal tip, but still, the fact that there is no silicone somehow makes me feel at ease.../ Originally they said recovery would take one hour, but I tend to wake up from anesthesia quickly lolololol so I just came out after 30 minutes My nose doesn't hurt, but the autologous costal cartilage site hurts... I hope it turns out welllllll
