After my first nose surgery, I ended up with a contracted nose.,., I had the surgery to look prettier, but I became more of a monster than before the surgery, so I’ve been having a really hard time emotionally these days.. So if I get revision surgery, I’m thinking of using autologous costal cartilage because it’s said to have fewer side effects, but when I look at reviews in this community, they say autologous costal cartilage hurts that much.. Looking at reviews for ㅁㅋ, they say they do it with a minimal incision, but would even a minimal incision hurt a lot..?
