Please, not comments like “What should I do.. gasp,” but only comments saying whether this is okay or not, or what kind of side effect this is.. please, really please.. I’m honestly so scared that I can’t even sleep, that’s why.. I had surgery on the 20th, and today is day 5 including the day of surgery. But usually after rhinoplasty, swelling only gets worse until day 3, and from day 4 the swelling starts going down quickly; it was like that during my first surgery too. But why am I still continuing to swell tonight too, the bruising shows no signs of fading, and the swelling is the same in the morning and evening? The doctor squeezed blood out of my nose really hard the day after surgery, and since then my eyes just haven’t come out of being black.. Is this a hematoma? Or is it because it hasn’t been long since surgery and my nose is still packed, so it’s not draining? I used mesh in my first surgery, so I guess I bled a lot during the revision That’s why they said we should keep the nasal cotton packing in for a week But my eyes have really never swollen this much Should I wait a little longer? The last photo is for reference, showing my eye swelling before surgery.. I originally have no fat around my eyes and my eyes really look like that, so this swelling is so bewildering.. Can it be like this even on day 5..? It’s not a hematoma, right.. The bruising has been that black and has continued for 3 days now..
