Hi. 11 years ago, I had a hump nose correction + nostril reduction + septum? something, and nasal tip cartilage tying..
But as time passed, something on one side of my nose started protruding, maybe cartilage? And both sides of the middle part of my nose became indented. Even when I filled it little by little with filler, it kept sinking in....
I didn’t want any other implants, so I didn’t put any in, but my nasal bridge is narrow, and toward the nasal tip
it spreads out... it feels like it has become an arrow-shaped nose. I asked while I was at a university hospital to request rhinitis surgery, and they said it would be hard to correct 100% (they said it needs to be fixed firmly, but using rib cartilage for this is a bit much.. and if rib cartilage is used, that area would hurt more. They also said silicone would look too unnatural because I’m not exactly young anymore)
Honestly, I want to do it at a plastic surgery clinic rather than a university hospital. But I’m in my mid-to-late 30s. I think I had eye surgery more than 5 times in my 20s (including revision surgeries. Hospital mistakes)
I really seem to have terrible luck with hospitals, or maybe just terrible draw luck.... Please help
There must be a safe and skilled director somewhere, with an anesthesiology specialist, CCTV, follow-up care, and so on, right?????????????????
