I had surgery at a hospital that met those criteria, and when I visited the hospital, I liked that the consultant gave kind counseling and the director reflected the shape I wanted and my requests as much as possible. They explained things focusing on naturalness rather than unreasonable requests. After the consultation, the surgery was booked quickly, and there was almost no pain. After about 1-2 weeks, the swelling gradually went down, and I was also satisfied after the surgery. They say satisfaction is higher when a bulbous nose is done dramatically, but I'm also a man, and this degree of feel is just right and nice for me
