I wanted my nose shape to become prettier, so I had four things done: alar reduction + improvement of alar drooping (lifting the nasal ala) + insertion of dissolvable threads so the nostril line would spread nicely (improvement of alar curvature) + columellar grafting (artificial dermis). After surgery, once the swelling went down, I was so satisfied, and I am still satisfied now. Now I am also happy taking photos without retouching. It is true that if you get columellar grafting, the nose shape becomes slimmer and prettier!!! I am really satisfied not only with the alar reduction, but also with the columellar grafting! There is no big difference between after the swelling went down after surgery and now, but now the nose shape has settled and the scars have faded a lot, so now the scars are not noticeable at all. Maybe because I had a big complex about having wide alae since I was young, but my satisfaction is the highest. People around me do not notice that I had alar reduction, but these days I hear a lot that I have become prettier. People who, like me, have a big complex about wide alae should think about it once!!!
