Review of chin advancement at Yang Yoon-dol Oral and Maxillofacial Surgery

From the front, I was not particularly concerned, but from the side my chin looked slightly recessed, which bothered me. Especially in photos or when viewing my profile, the tip of my chin looked a little lacking, and I felt the overall side profile of my face was unsatisfying, so I decided on chin advancement surgery. While researching various methods, I thought it was important not simply to make the chin larger, but to improve the position and proportions of the chin naturally to suit my face shape. Before surgery I was worried about swelling, pain, and recovery time, but recovery was more manageable than expected. There was some swelling and discomfort at first, but I gradually felt it becoming more natural. Now I am most satisfied that the chin projects forward appropriately in profile and makes my facial contour look much more balanced. Above all, rather than a conspicuous change, it feels like the areas that were lacking in my original face have been naturally improved, so I am satisfied. I recommend it to anyone who is concerned about their profile or facial proportions because of a recessed chin!
