Cheekbone Surgery Reviews

Removal of contouring pins after four years

I had three-part facial contouring surgery four years ago, and I was afraid to get back on the operating table. Because the swelling and the feeling that my front chin didn't move made me look unnatural for almost five months, I kept postponing it. Last week, I finally had the pins removed at Ark! Since I live outside the capital, it was hard to consult multiple places, and I thought I had to do it quickly once I made up my mind or I might keep postponing it. I researched extensively using “old pin removal” as a keyword. Ark had the most reasonable cost and the most reviews, so I booked a consultation. The surgeon and especially the consultant were very kind, which made me trust them. I even asked whether I should have another procedure at the same time, but unlike clinics that try to add procedures somehow, they explained how satisfied I might be afterward and let me choose. That also made me trust them, so I paid the deposit the next day haha. So far there are no unusual issues. I bruised quite a lot and the bruises have not disappeared yet, but there is less swelling than I feared. It is day nine, and there is still some swelling in the front cheeks and front chin! The stitches are still there, so it is somewhat uncomfortable, but once the stitches inside my mouth are removed at two weeks, daily life should be completely fine haha. If you are considering pin removal, don't overthink it—have them removed before it gets too late. I have finally graduated from contouring, and I feel so relieved that I wonder why I postponed it for so long.
