I’m choosing a hospital for complete removal I haven’t visited many consultations yet, so I don’t have many reviews. I don’t have silicone; I have autologous costal cartilage and a septal extension at the nasal tip. I’m sure the tip cartilage was also sutured.
So far, I’ve had consultations at [Clinic A] twice. The budget and the proposed surgical method are almost exactly what I had in mind, but I don’t know why I keep hesitating to have it done there Both the first and second consultations gave me a strange, uneasy feeling about the person, so something feels off My heart isn’t in it. What should I do? If I can’t find another hospital, I may have to do it there, but I canceled my appointments at [Clinic B] and [Clinic C] because they didn’t seem to match the direction I wanted, even after researching them extensively.
But now I don’t feel drawn to [Clinic A] either, so I need to choose another hospital. I heard [Clinic D] is currently popular for complete removal, so I’m thinking of going there. As for [Clinic E] ([Brand A]), they wouldn’t tell me anything during the KakaoTalk consultation and just told me to come after paying the consultation reservation deposit (you have to transfer money to book a consultation). Whatever I asked, they kept saying, “Just come—are you going to make a reservation?” So I lost interest and don’t even want to research them further.
They require a 30,000-won consultation fee transfer even without a CT scan, and say a CT scan costs an additional 50,000 won. Isn’t that a bit much? Seriously, I don’t know where to go [Clinic F] is also famous and seems skilled, but I hear it’s very expensive. Should I at least go for a consultation? I’m still deliberating. Also, although it isn’t a nose-removal hospital, I visited [Clinic G] because the doctor is famous and supposedly good at reconstruction. Clearly, removal isn’t their specialty, and they didn’t give me a specific plan for removal. I guess complete removal is the right choice if it keeps bothering me. The price is also very affordable, although adding dermis for issues such as depression would probably cost extra.
