There was one reason: dissatisfaction with the shape. My nose was small and slightly upturned. To make it easy to understand, if comparing it to a celebrity, it was IU’s nose. I had surgery 10 years ago at a hospital whose name I don’t even remember, and at the time they probably used septal cartilage, cartilage, silicone... things like that. It improved a little, but it was an era before things like costal cartilage or custom implants were common, so I lived with it. Then, when a glamorous nose line was famous (that was when Min Hyo-rin’s nose was suddenly popular), I went to a place famous for that style.

For me, with a small nose, a vaguely high and glamorous nose... really did not suit me at all, so my image changed a lot.... That director himself is someone who does glamorous noses.... It felt like a frame that didn’t suit me had just been put on me... After that, I looked for someone who did natural-looking work and had been doing it for a long time... and had surgery.
Hospital name: ㄱㄹㅂ (Director ㄴㅂㅇ) They called it a fitting nose or whatever, and used that to lower the nasal bridge and did nostril lowering.... I was satisfied that it looked more natural than before... but even after nostril lowering... the uneven nostrils weren’t corrected.... They said it was my fault... that it was because the cartilage? I naturally had was uneven...
Because I was bothered by my uneven nostrils, I went around for consultations... and then there was a hospital that confidently said they could correct my uneven nostrils. That was the current ㅍ ㄹ ㅁ ㅇ located near Gangnam Station Exit 10. At the time, I was going to have it done by a director famous for noses... (they still seem to be there now...), but they said the surgery itself would take a long time, so I went with Director ㅊㅌㅈ (not there now), whom that consultant... recommended. But the funny thing is if he didn’t have the skill and couldn’t do it, he should have just said he couldn’t. He was the only doctor during consultation who said my uneven nostrils could be corrected, so that’s why I chose him But on the day of surgery, he said it might not be corrected... I was so flustered and dumbfounded... I wanted to get angry, but I couldn’t because I was afraid that would also affect the surgery. Then the director changed his words and said, 'No... I mean it may not turn out as much as you want...' Looking back, he was really absurd and irresponsible.... I gave up all the other hospitals believing that one phrase, 'I can do it,' which other hospitals couldn’t state with certainty.... 'I can do it' and 'the result may not come out as much as you want' are completely different things....
Result: The asymmetry of my uneven nostrils... did not improve. They insisted it had improved in photos... but now... the autologous dermis they placed has absorbed, so the nose shape drops like a hump nose... and they set the silicone starting point high, so it became an unattractive nose.... I’m currently going around to hospitals for consultations, and they ask why the starting point was set so high. Also, hospitals that mainly use autologous costal cartilage say... they don’t know who did it, but everyone asks why the autologous costal cartilage harvest site was incised so long... On top of that, one hospital I recently visited for a consultation said... mesh? They didn’t remove that material and left it in, which is why the nose became hard.... They said they wouldn’t criticize that hospital, but... they held back what they wanted to say.... On top of that, I have a keloid there, so I’m currently getting injection treatment....... I got triamcinolone, so the scar became reddish and bumpy... Right now Director ㅊ ㅚㅌㅐ ㅈ is no longer at ㅍㄹ ㅁ ㅇ, but you were the worst doctor of my life... and irresponsible... I really resent the consultant who recommended that doctor too.....
It doesn’t cause problems in daily life, but I’m so dissatisfied with the shape, and what I wanted wasn’t improved, so my other consultation journey... begins after COVID ends, along with my stress... Continued in part 2
