I'm looking into revision rhinoplasty, and I went to consultations at 4 places. Rococo, O&Young, Mizack, Ahn Sung Jin Mizack and Ahn Sung Jin had similar methods except for paranasal augmentation, but Ahn Sung Jin recommended paranasal augmentation. Rococo said to only lower the height, and O&Young also said to lower the height. Ahn Sung Jin appeals to me the most, but I'm currently waiting for a consultation at Goksaem too. In Goksaem's case, it seemed like their criteria are safety and naturalness rather than the aesthetic aspect. I'm so torn
