The photo does look really big, but here’s the difference before and after surgery!! My nostrils had been so big since I was little that a 100-won coin could easily fit in them, and even from the front my nostrils looked so huge that my nickname was Kokkomong. I was so stressed that I ended up getting surgery…. It’s been about 1 year and 2 months, and I really feel like my life has changed.. I’m happy even when I take photos...
