I had rhinitis surgery (functional rhinoplasty) and cosmetic surgery (nasal tip, osteotomy, alar reduction). At the time, I prioritized safety, and as of now, I haven’t had any side effects except for a little scar tissue. What I’m satisfied with is that it looks so, so natural that I can go around saying I didn’t have rhinoplasty, and that there are no side effects. The downside is that it’s so natural that I want to have surgery one more time I thought I should have gone all in and done it properly when I did it the first time... Still, my hump was really severe, so I had a lot of osteotomy done, but the side line seems okay... My nasal bridge was originally on the high side, so it doesn’t look too obvious...
