Originally, my nostril wings were wide and I didn’t have a columella either. It was what older people call a bulbous nose. I hated this bulbous nose so much that I quickly booked a consultation, set a surgery date right away, and had the surgery. After rhinoplasty, I gained a lot more confidence. I used to take selfies wearing a mask, but now I proudly take them without a mask haha. I didn’t really like taking photos to begin with, but now I try to take photos anywhere lololol♥️ That’s how satisfying this rhinoplasty was. The consultant was really kind, and the staff were also really kind. The director explained things easily, so it was easy to understand.
