What do you think? This is my second surgery! After my first surgery, my nasal tip drooped a lot. I didn’t use an implant and only raised the nasal tip with ear cartilage. At first, I was very satisfied, but the nasal tip gradually started to droop.. So this time, I had revision surgery with an implant and autologous costal cartilage.
