I think nose surgery looks best right after surgery, then as it gradually gets absorbed in years 1 and 2, people end up repeating revision surgeries. The nasal tip has dropped too severely to stop here but I’m also scared to do it again, and I think nose surgery is a difficult surgery I recommend that everyone avoid it if possible…
