I had a consultation for protruding eyes and multiple creases. First, they recommended incisional double eyelid surgery. My skin is sagging, but when they tried making a line, my upper eyelid looked bulging, so it was unnatural. They don't do excision, so I guess it can't be helped. Next was something called browpexy, an eyebrow lift, and they said it would also improve the multiple creases and make things better.
