I was introduced by someone I knew because they got really natural-looking eyes done well, so I went during the peak season to get consultations for eye + nose surgery. I had booked online in advance, but the reservation hadn’t been checked in. I rescheduled the visit time by KakaoTalk and came in then (they said that day wouldn’t work, but since I had already set aside time, that was the only day I could do it.) When I got to the hospital, there were a lot of very young people, barely 20, waiting there with their mothers. The front desk staff had ‘I’m tired’ written all over their faces. Since it was the busy season, I expected it to be hard, but the staff’s kindness was honestly not even worth one star. The director’s consultation was detailed and kind, but personally it didn’t resonate with me. There were so many things I wasn’t satisfied with, and they quoted a completely overpriced fee too, so I didn’t choose it..
