I got introduced by an acquaintance whose eyes turned out naturally and nicely, so I went to consult about eyes + nose during peak season. I had booked online in advance, but the reservation was not checked in. I rescheduled the visit time through KakaoTalk and went in. (I said that day was the only day I could make it because I had already blocked out time, so they said that day was the only option.) When I got to the hospital, there were a lot of very young people in their early 20s waiting with their mothers. The front desk staff had “I’m tired” written all over their faces. I expected the busy season would be hard, but the staff’s level of friendliness was honestly not even worth one star. The consultation with the director was detailed and kind, but personally it didn’t really resonate with me. There were so many things I wasn’t satisfied with, and they quoted a completely outrageous price too, so I didn’t choose it..
