There were fewer waiting seats than the number of people visiting, so the atmosphere felt crowded. The front desk staff moved chairs around here and there to make space for people I waited for an hour and a half, but the consultation was only about 10 minutes..? Still, unlike the reviews saying they were blunt, they explained things kindly. But the wait was so long that I almost missed my next hospital appointment, so I feel disappointed that I couldn't talk enough before leaving
