There wasn't enough waiting space compared to the number of people visiting, so the atmosphere felt crowded. The front desk staff kept moving chairs around to make room for people I waited for an hour and a half, but the consultation was only about 10 minutes..? haha Even though I'd read reviews saying they were brusque, they explained things kindly. Still, the wait was so long that I almost missed my next hospital appointment, so I feel like I couldn't say everything I wanted to. That's a shame
