Non-incisional alar reduction,, until when is it hard to smile? I'm on day 3, but my cheekbones won't even lift, and I have an interview the week after next, so I'm so worried ha The clinic didn't tell me it would be uncomfortable, so I had no idea. I really regret it.. They said it was permanent, but did everyone else have it loosen quickly..?
