After after before before everyone, I had nose surgery and it’s only been a day, so I am really swollen, but I’m worried because my philtrum looks longer. Can the philtrum also look longer because it’s swollen..? Seriously, when my philtrum looks long, I look so much older and it’s so annoying.. I know I should look after the swelling goes down, but I’m posting because I’m so anxious.. I’ll attach pre-surgery photos too..
