Overall, compared with my eyes, nose, and mouth, my facial contour was large and had masculine aspects, so I had a consultation for facial contouring surgery. I wanted more of an actor-like look rather than an overly doll-like line or idol look, and they kindly explained things accordingly. It seemed they preferred leaving the mandibular angle under the ear even if the ears are low, and they also seemed to prefer advancing the chin.
