My nose has a low bridge and a round, bulbous tip, so I decided to get surgery because of my wide nostrils and flat glabella. Today was my first time going to consultations at two places, ㅁㅇㄷ and ㄹㄹ, so I’m leaving a review. Next week, I’m planning to go to ㅂㅌㅇ and ㅇㅂㄹ.
ㅁㅇㄷ - head director ㅇㅇㅌ - Took a CT scan, consultation fee 10,000 won - Silicone for the nasal bridge, septal cartilage + ear cartilage for the nasal tip (donor costal cartilage if needed) They said I don’t need nostril reduction or osteotomy, and that my nose only needs the basics. They said the size of my septal cartilage is average and the inside of my nose is properly aligned without deviation, so it wouldn’t be difficult. However, they said that after opening the nose during surgery, they may use donor costal cartilage if necessary. - The quote was 4 million won for same-day booking on the condition of writing a review, 4.3 million won later, and +700,000 won if donor costal cartilage is used. - Both the director and the consultation manager gave a straightforward and clean consultation, but the possibility of using donor costal cartilage, the high price despite it being my first surgery, and the fact that it didn’t really resonate with me made me leave without putting down a deposit.
ㄹㄹ - head director ㄱㅈㄷ - Took a CT scan, no consultation fee - Silicone for the nasal bridge, septal cartilage for the nasal tip - They said I don’t need nostril reduction, and that they would also do simple bulbous nose correction and nasolabial angle correction. (Not included in the price) Likewise, they said my nasal bridge is low but the line itself is good, and my nose has decent conditions, so the surgery wouldn’t be difficult and would have a good effect with just the basic procedures. - The quote was on the condition of writing a review, and the consultation manager gave me an extra discount because she said it’s rare for the director to say so clearly that the surgery will go well and the result will be good, so it came out to around 3.5 million won for same-day booking. - The director wasn’t the warm and chatty type, but he recommended only exactly the surgeries I needed and showed a blunt kind of kindness. The consultation manager was so kind, with no pressure, even saying there are so many clinics these days that I should go get more consultations and then contact them. They had many reviews in the natural style I’m aiming for, and because of the director’s experience, reasonable price, and kindness, I put down a deposit for now. (Fully refundable)
For now, between the two places I visited today, I’m definitely leaning toward ㄹㄹ, but compared with the app, there are fewer reviews or mentions in this community, so I’m worried. Also, at ㅁㅇㄷ they even mentioned donor costal cartilage if needed, but at ㄹㄹ they said it would be okay with only septal cartilage without even using ear cartilage, so that’s bothering me a little too I’ll go to two more places next week and decide again, but if anyone here has had a consultation or surgery at ㄹㄹ, please leave a comment!!
