I’m deciding between the other two places.
1. ㄹㅁㅌㄷ They said to remove all the existing silicone and septal cartilage, use new silicone, use 2 pieces of donated costal cartilage, and completely redo the nose from scratch. They said only lifting the nasal tip while leaving the existing material in place is not possible, and if I do it, everything has to be replaced. But they said it wouldn’t change dramatically, and would just look a little more refined than now. If that’s what I want, I can do it. But since my current nose isn’t bad, they said not to do it if I want a big change. Estimate: in the 6-7 million won range.
2. ㅂㅌㅇ They said my current nose condition is fine, and if I’m only disappointed with the nasal tip, we should use ear cartilage, keep all the existing silicone, add cartilage only, and lift the nasal tip. They said the nose shape or current deviation won’t be corrected, but the nasal tip will be lifted, and if only the nasal tip is raised in the current state, there’s a possibility it could look pinched. Estimate: in the 3 million won range.
With ㄹㅁㅌㄷ, I like the nose shape, but since it’s revision surgery and a major operation, I do worry about what if it doesn’t suit me as well as my current nose... or what if side effects happen With ㅂㅌㅇ, I’m wondering whether it’s really okay to just add cartilage to the nasal tip without replacing the existing silicone... and whether cases like this exist
I had even decided I just wouldn’t do it, but I keep noticing that I’m disappointed with the nasal tip...
