The first time, I had the suture method, but only a line formed and then it came undone, so the second time I had full-incision double eyelid surgery, ptosis correction, and epicanthoplasty, but now my eyelids look sausage-like. It’s not about making them thinner by removing eyelid fat; the skin itself is thick... I’d need to go to a clinic to know whether I need the two-line excision method, right?
